Are animals permitted in the hotel?

No, pets are not allowed at the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

Yes, all rooms and common areas at the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue are air-conditioned.

Can we leave our luggage in the hotel?

Rooms are guaranteed from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, our reception team will gladly take care of your luggage and show you where to park your car.
On departure day, if you need to leave after 11 am, you can store your suitcases in our luggage room.

Are there any discounts for children?

At the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue, children up to 3 years stay free in their parents' room. Baby cots and highchairs are also provided free of charge. Children aged 4 to 13 receive a 50% discount when sharing their parents' room.

Which credit cards do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted at the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, and Maestro.

At what time is the room available? At what time are we supposed to vacate it on departure day?

We are delighted to offer the rooms as soon as they are ready. Availability is guaranteed from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On departure day, we ask to vacate the room by 11 am. If you wish to extend your stay, please inquire at reception about our "late check-out" option, available until 6 pm for €60, and subject to availability.

Do I need a bathing cap for the pool?

No, guests of the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue are not required to wear bathing caps in the pool.

Is parking available at the hotel?

The Bellevue building boasts an underground car park, which is free of charge for Bellevue and apartment guests. For all other guests of the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue, the cost is €10 per day. Additionally, the hotel offers a free outdoor car park available to all guests.

Does the hotel have a bike rental?

Yes, you can hire bicycles at the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue for €15 per day or €10 per half day. E-bikes are also available for €35 per day or €18 per half day (we recommend booking the day before at reception).

Does the hotel have a buoy rental?

Yes, guests of the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue can rent buoys for €15 per day.

Is the swimming pool heated?

Yes, the pool of the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue is heated to 29°C.

What are the dining times?

The following services are available at the main building Du Lac:
Buffet breakfast from 7.30 am to 10 am
Lunch from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Dinner from 7 pm to 8.30 pm

Men are kindly requested to wear long trousers at dinner.

What facilities are available to hotel guests?

Guests of the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue have free access to: heated, partially covered pool, private beach with sun loungers and parasols, sauna, Turkish steam bath, whirlpool, gym, play area, Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas.

Is there a transfer service to and/or from the airport or train station?

Yes, Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue arranges private transfers at a special price to and/or from the airport, as well as railway stations and other destinations. Transfers must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Can friends visit me at the hotel?

Your guests are very welcome to the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue, but they are not allowed to use the swimming pool and the private beach.

Does the hotel provide internet?

At the Hotel Du Lac et Bellevue, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.
